A standard clean covers all the essentials: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen, and bathrooms. A deep clean adds intensive tasks like baseboards, window sills and tracks, behind furniture, and ceiling fan blade cleaning. Inside the oven, fridge and cabinets, and interior window glass, are add-ons, priced on the booking page. We recommend starting with a deep clean, then maintaining with standard cleans.

Standard cleans typically take 2-3 hours, deep cleans 4-6 hours, move in/out 5-7 hours, and short-term rental turnovers 2-4 hours. Times vary based on home size and condition. We always prioritize quality over speed.

Absolutely! Every booking includes a notes field and our Room Priority feature lets you tell your cleaner exactly which areas matter most. You can also add specific requests like "focus on the master bathroom" or "skip the guest bedroom."

Yes, we bring all supplies and equipment. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products by default. If you have preferred products or sensitivities, just let us know and we will accommodate.

We serve the entire Wasatch Front including Salt Lake City, Provo, Ogden, Park City, Sandy, Draper, Lehi, and all surrounding communities. If you are not sure if we cover your area, just enter your address when booking and our system will confirm.

Yes, a re-clean guarantee on every service that follows our cleaning checklist. If something on our checklist was missed, tell us within 24 hours of the visit with a dated photo of each area. We compare your photos with the crew after-photos and re-clean the qualifying areas once at no charge, as long as the balance is paid and the areas are as we left them. Re-cleans are not refunds; the full conditions are in our terms.
