Why an empty home needs its own clean
An empty home is the only time every surface is reachable: the inside of the kitchen cabinets, the shelf above the closet rod, the floor under where the fridge will sit. A move-in clean uses that window. It is a deep clean plus the interiors, done to the standard a landlord inspection would hold you to, so the home starts at zero.
Along the Wasatch Front the usual finds are hard-water scale in the showers, dust from a summer of open windows, and, in new builds from Daybreak to Lehi, fine drywall dust that settles into every track and vent. Crews bring the descalers and HEPA vacuums for exactly that.
Book it for the day after you get keys and before the movers. If the timing is tight we can clean the kitchen and bathrooms first so those are ready the moment the truck arrives.

Two cleaners work each room from the top down and finish every interior before closing a cabinet. Kitchen and bathrooms come first if you asked for them ready early.
Every room is photographed when we finish. Anything missed, tell us within 24 hours and we return at no charge.
