Janitorial is priced per site as a fixed monthly amount, based on square footage, restrooms, traffic and frequency. You get a written quote within 24 hours of the walkthrough. We never bill by the hour.

Yes. We carry general liability of $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate and provide a certificate of insurance. If you need to be named as additional insured, we confirm it with our broker before the contract starts.
Yes, cleaning products and equipment are included. Restroom paper and soap can be supplied by you or by us; we quote either way.
Yes. Most janitorial accounts are after hours or early morning. Access, keys and alarm codes are handled under a written key-custody agreement.
We offer month-to-month or a term agreement. The scope and price are always written down.
