What a house clean is
A house clean (we call it a standard or maintenance clean) keeps an already-clean home that way. Counters wiped and sanitized, bathrooms scrubbed, every floor vacuumed and mopped, surfaces dusted, beds made, trash out. It is the visit most Salt Lake families book every one or two weeks.
Living along the Wasatch Front adds a few things a generic checklist ignores: hard-water spotting on faucets and glass, fine inversion dust on sills and blinds, and the grit that comes in on boots from November to April. Our crews are trained for exactly those, so the visit is planned around your home, not a template.
Your first visit on a recurring plan is a deeper reset so the baseline is real. After that, the same crew comes back on your schedule and you get a photo report when they leave.

How it works
Choose house cleaning, tell us bedrooms and bathrooms, pick a date and a two-hour arrival window. The exact price shows before you enter a card.
The notes field and room priorities go straight to your crew. Pets, a guest bathroom that needs extra attention, a door code: they read it before they knock.
A two-person crew works each room from the ceiling down and finishes it before moving on. You can follow arrival and progress from the tracking link in your confirmation text.
You get a photo report when the crew leaves. If anything was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we come back to fix it at no charge.

No. Most customers leave a door code or a lockbox. Your crew locks up when they leave and you get a photo report. If you would rather be home for the first visit, that is fine too.
Yes. Crews arrive with everything, including a HEPA vacuum and eco-conscious products. If you prefer your own products or need fragrance-free, say so in the booking notes.
Free to reschedule at any time, and free to cancel until 24 hours before your appointment. Cancel inside 24 hours and 25% of the booked price is charged. A no-show or lockout is charged in full plus a $15 trip fee.
