Just finished a renovation or a new build? We remove the fine dust, paint splatter, adhesive and residue that trades leave behind, so the home or space is truly ready for move-in, listing photos or the client walkthrough.

A post-construction clean works top to bottom, through vents, tracks, cabinets and ledges, with a touch-up visit where the punch list needs one.
We work from a written scope agreed after a walkthrough, priced by square footage, the type of construction and what is included. For builders and remodelers we can schedule rough, final and touch-up cleans around the punch list, with photos of each finished space.

Post-construction cleaning is quoted after a walkthrough, by square footage, type of construction and scope, as one price agreed before work starts. Never billed by the hour. Large debris such as lumber or drywall offcuts is handled by your contractor or our hauling partner on a separate quote.

Most post-construction cleanings take 4 to 8 hours depending on the size of the space and the level of dust. Large commercial jobs may need more than one visit.
