Why post-construction cleaning matters

Drywall compound dust is the primary culprit. It is fine enough to infiltrate behind outlet covers, inside cabinet drawers, and on top of HVAC diffusers. A standard vacuum does not capture it properly: only HEPA filtration prevents it from being redistributed back into the air. We use commercial HEPA vacuums and microfiber wipes designed specifically for post-construction dust removal.
Other common post-construction items: adhesive stickers on every window pane, grout haze on new tile, protective film on new appliances, and paint overspray on new floors. We handle all of it.
