We send a digital receipt with the completed checklist. Keep it with your move-out documentation. If your landlord finds a checklist item we missed, tell us within 24 hours of the visit with dated photos. If our review against the crew after-photos confirms it, we return once to re-clean that area free of charge, as long as the balance is paid and the area is as we left it.
