Plenty of homes do not need a cleaner every two weeks. They need one before the in-laws land, after a renovation, at the end of ski season, or in the middle of a month where nobody has had a spare hour. A one-time clean is exactly that: a single booked visit, paid once, with no plan attached.
Choose a standard clean when the home is in decent shape and needs a thorough once-over of kitchen, bathrooms, surfaces and floors. Choose a deep clean when it has been a few months, or never: baseboards, grout, cabinet faces, fixtures and every corner a routine visit skips. Not sure? If you like the result you can turn it into a plan later and pay the lower recurring price. Nobody will call you about it.

Yes, per visit. A one-time standard clean starts at $187 for a one-bedroom, while the same home on a biweekly plan is $168.30 a visit, because recurring homes stay cleaner and take less time. You pay the one-time price once and nothing else.
If the home has been professionally cleaned in the last two to three months and is kept up, standard. If it has been longer, or there is build-up on baseboards, grout or cabinet faces, deep. The booking page will recommend one from two questions.
No. A one-time booking ends when the crew leaves. If you want a plan later, it is one click in your account and the per-visit price drops.
Usually, depending on crew availability. Bookings inside 24 hours add a short-notice fee that is shown before you pay; see the same-day cleaning page.
Free to reschedule at any time, and free to cancel until 24 hours before your appointment. Cancel inside 24 hours and 25% of the booked price is charged. A no-show or lockout is charged in full plus a $15 trip fee.
