We take bookings inside 24 hours whenever a crew is free. The short-notice fee ($50 inside 24 hours, $100 inside 10) is shown on the booking page before you pay, and a person calls to confirm the arrival time.
How same-day actually works
Same-day cleaning is real but it depends on one thing: a crew with an open slot. Most weekdays we have one. Book online with today's date, and the booking page adds the short-notice fee ($50 inside 24 hours, $100 inside 10 hours) to the flat price so you see the full number before you enter a card.
A person calls you back within 30 minutes during office hours (7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Sunday) and confirms whether a crew can come today and when. Outside those hours we call first thing the next morning. Arrival times depend on crew availability and are confirmed on that call, not guaranteed by this form.
If no crew can make it today, you are not charged and we offer the first slot tomorrow morning. For a lockout, a flood clean-up or a landlord inspection in a few hours, use the emergency request form instead; it goes straight to a phone.

Free to reschedule at any time, and free to cancel until 24 hours before your appointment. Cancel inside 24 hours and 25% of the booked price is charged. A no-show or lockout is charged in full plus a $15 trip fee. A same-day booking is by definition inside the 24-hour window, so cancelling after a crew is confirmed is charged at 25% of the booked price.
