Deep cleaning includes everything in a standard clean plus: inside appliances (oven, fridge, microwave), baseboards, light fixtures, window sills, door frames, cabinet fronts, detailed scrubbing of tile/grout, and behind/under furniture.

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel through your customer portal at any time. Cancellations more than 24 hours before your service are free. Inside 24 hours, a tiered fee applies per our cancellation policy: $35 flat 12-24 hours before, 50% of the booked price 2-12 hours before, 100% less than 2 hours before. When you book a cleaning, we set aside that slot for you and turn away other work. Late cancellations and no-shows cost the assigned crew their day. The tiered fee gives you flexibility while protecting the people who do the work. We notify you 48 hours, 24 hours (with a 1-hour heads-up before the free window closes), and 2 hours before each cleaning so you can cancel for free or reschedule without penalty.
Email billing@wasatch-cleaners.com within 30 days of the charge with your booking ID and a brief explanation. We waive fees in genuine emergencies (medical, weather, family). We do not waive fees for "I forgot." You can also request a refund directly from your customer portal under Payment Status.
Cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning -- always free. We send you a free-cancel deadline reminder text 1 hour before the window closes, plus the original booking confirmation. For recurring plans, you can also pause your subscription up to 90 days in advance from your customer portal.
No. Many customers provide access via lockbox, smart lock, or garage code. You can set up access details in your Home Profile in the customer portal, and your cleaner will see them before arrival.

Yes. Our team brings all necessary cleaning supplies, products, and equipment. You do not need to provide anything. If you prefer we use your specific products, just let us know.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. When you book, we place a temporary hold on your card for the estimated amount. The hold is captured after your cleaning is complete, adjusted to the final price if needed. You will see a receipt by email and SMS with the card brand and last 4 digits.
