You clean homes, apartments and move-outs for families across the Wasatch Front. Every job comes with a room-by-room checklist in our cleaner app, the address and entry notes, and the time we planned, so you walk in knowing exactly what a great clean looks like.

What you will do

• Standard, deep and move-out cleans, on your own or with a teammate
• Work through the checklist room by room and take before-and-after photos in the app
• Check in when you arrive and check out when you finish, right from your phone
• Let the office know right away about anything broken, missing or unsafe

What you need

• 18 or older and allowed to work in the US
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Able to pass a background check
• Comfortable on your feet for several hours and able to lift 25 lbs

About the role

You run the crew on residential and office jobs. You set the plan when you walk in, keep the team on time, inspect every room against the checklist before you leave, and make sure the customer is happy at the door.

What you will do

• Lead a crew of two or three cleaners on homes, move-outs and offices
• Split the work, keep the job on schedule and step in where it is needed
• Inspect each room against the checklist and fix anything before you leave
• Train new cleaners on our methods and products, on the job
• Keep the office updated in the app: arrivals, issues, extra time, supplies
• Talk with customers at the start and the end of the visit

About the role

Weekends are when guests check out and families want their homes ready for the week. You clean homes and Airbnb turnovers on Saturdays and Sundays, with the checklist and the host's notes in the app.

What you will do

• Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers: fresh linens, towels, restocking and a guest-ready reset
• Weekend house cleans and move-outs
• Photos of every room for the host or homeowner, taken in the app
• Report damage or missing items to the office the same day

What you will do

• Call businesses and homeowners from our list. We give you the script, the list and the phone system
• Triage new leads that arrive by phone, text and web: ask the qualifying questions and set the next step
• Follow up every open lead by its deadline
• Log every call, outcome and next step in our lead system the same day
• Hand qualified leads to the booking team and keep them updated

What you will do

• Edit 30 to 60 second vertical videos from real job footage: a hook in the first two seconds, a clear before and after, captions, music
• Build reusable templates and AI workflows (scripts, voice, b-roll, thumbnails) that keep quality high at volume
• Cut longer pieces for YouTube and our website when we need them
• Blur faces, house numbers and plates unless we have written permission
• Track what performs and tell us what to film next

• Build features and fix bugs in PHP 8, MariaDB and plain JavaScript on a Linux and nginx server

As our Operations Administrator, you'll book and manage appointments, schedule and confirm our cleaning crews, and keep every job on track from the first call to a spotless finish.
