2-bedroom / 1-bathroom apartment. 5 hours 45 minutes of field work across 5 time blocks. Deep clean top-to-bottom - appliances pulled, blinds wiped, baseboards scrubbed, floors mopped.

What Our Move-Out Clean Covers

Phase 1 - Preparation

Remove all debris. Dust ceilings, corners, AC vents, ceiling fans, light fixtures, wall surfaces, and every blind slat. Initial full sweep of all floors.

Phase 2 - Deep Clean

Pull out fridge and stove - clean the sides, top, and behind (the inside of the oven and fridge is an add-on you can pick when you book). Wipe all cabinet interiors and exteriors. Deep scrub toilet with bleach. Remove and wash exhaust fan covers.

Phase 3 - Detailed Finishes

Baseboards with vinegar solution. Window glass, sills and tracks. Wipe front and back of all doors. Spot-check walls and ceilings for scuffs.

Phase 4 - Floor Recovery

Final vacuum or sweep of all surfaces, then full mop with vinegar/water solution. Unit left ready for new tenant move-in inspection.
