Prices match our published organizing prices. An estimate, not a quote. Sale prices depend on condition and demand; you approve every listing and the lowest price you will accept. Marketplace fees come off before the split.

They go straight into a keepsake box for you to decide on, in your own time. We never donate, sell or throw away anything personal without asking, and we can photograph items you let go so the memory stays.
That is our home organization service: pantry resets, closet systems, garages and food storage rooms, priced the same way.
Furniture, bikes, tools, appliances, decor, collectibles and anything else with resale value. We list on KSL Classifieds, Facebook Marketplace and eBay, priced from what similar items recently sold for.
After 30 days we lower the price within the limit you set. Anything still unsold after that is donated or returned to you, your choice, agreed in writing up front.
Once a month, with a statement of every item, its sale price, the marketplace fee and your 70% share.
For the consultation and the sort day, ideally yes; you decide what stays. After that we can work while you are out.
Yes, privately and without judgment. Where there are hazards such as mold or biological waste, our licensed partner handles that part safely before we organize.
