Why an empty home needs its own clean
An empty home is the only time every surface is reachable: the inside of the kitchen cabinets, the shelf above the closet rod, the floor under where the fridge will sit. A move-in clean uses that window. It is a deep clean plus the interiors, done to the standard a landlord inspection would hold you to, so the home starts at zero.
Along the Wasatch Front the usual finds are hard-water scale in the showers, dust from a summer of open windows, and, in new builds from Daybreak to Lehi, fine drywall dust that settles into every track and vent. Crews bring the descalers and HEPA vacuums for exactly that.
Book it for the day after you get keys and before the movers. If the timing is tight we can clean the kitchen and bathrooms first so those are ready the moment the truck arrives.

Every visit comes with a report: a GPS-verified arrival time, the written room-by-room checklist marked off, and photos of the key rooms. If anything on the list was missed, tell us within 24 hours with photos and we come back.

How it works
Choose move-in cleaning, enter bedrooms, bathrooms and the address. The price is flat and shown before you pay. Tell us the move-in date so we schedule ahead of the truck.
A lockbox code, a door code or a quick handoff at the property. Nobody needs to wait around.
Two cleaners work each room from the top down and finish every interior before closing a cabinet. Kitchen and bathrooms come first if you asked for them ready early.
Every room is photographed when we finish. Anything on our checklist missed? Tell us within 24 hours with dated photos. If our review against the crew after-photos confirms it, we re-clean that area once, free, as long as the balance is paid and the area is as we left it.

Moving your visit is free. If you cancel, we charge a share of the booked price, never less than $100: 25% 7 or more days ahead, 35% 3 to 7 days, 65% 24 to 72 hours and 80% under 24 hours; a no-show or lockout is 100% plus the trip fee. Your card is held and charged for any fee your payment does not cover. 7 or more days ahead the rest is refunded; after that it becomes account credit.
