Weekdays, with some weekends. About 30 to 40 hours a week.

About the role
You run the crew on residential and office jobs. You set the plan when you walk in, keep the team on time, inspect every room against the checklist before you leave, and make sure the customer is happy at the door.
What you will do
- Lead a crew of two or three cleaners on homes, move-outs and offices
- Split the work, keep the job on schedule and step in where it is needed
- Inspect each room against the checklist and fix anything before you leave
- Train new cleaners on our methods and products, on the job
- Keep the office updated in the app: arrivals, issues, extra time, supplies
- Talk with customers at the start and the end of the visit
Pay and perks
- $17 to $25 an hour, based on experience and the quality of your crew's work

What you need
- At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience
- You have trained or led others, at work or elsewhere
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Able to pass a background check
- Clear communication with customers and the office
- English and Spanish is a strong plus
