About the role: We are a premium home and office cleaning company in Salt Lake City, Utah, and we run the whole business on our own software. Our crews film before, during and after every clean. You turn that raw phone footage into short videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, and you use AI tools to move faster without ever inventing anything about a real customer. What you will do: - Edit 30 to 60 second vertical videos from real job footage: a hook in the first two seconds, a clear before and after, captions, music - Build reusable templates and AI workflows (scripts, voice, b-roll, thumbnails) that keep quality high at volume - Cut longer pieces for YouTube and our website when we need them - Blur faces, house numbers and plates unless we have written permission - Track what performs and tell us what to film next Pay and growth: - Paid in USD, hourly or per finished video, based on your portfolio - Steady weekly volume; strong editors grow into full-time creative lead - Your work, feedback and approvals live in one place in our system

What you will do: - Build features and fix bugs in PHP 8, MariaDB and plain JavaScript on a Linux and nginx server - Build and maintain automations: cron jobs, webhooks, Stripe, OpenPhone, Google and AI APIs - Keep production safe: backups, small changes, verification and a rollback plan for every release - Improve speed, security and reliability, and write short notes the team can use - Help the office with IT: accounts, devices, email and tools Pay and growth: - Paid in USD per hour, based on skill and experience - Start part-time on real projects; strong developers grow into a lead engineering role - You work inside the system with clear tasks, reviews and a written history of every change

You start real conversations with businesses and homeowners, find out what they need, and hand warm, well-documented leads to our booking team. What you will do: - Call businesses and homeowners from our list. We give you the script, the list and the phone system - Triage new leads that arrive by phone, text and web: ask the qualifying questions and set the next step - Follow up every open lead by its deadline - Log every call, outcome and next step in our lead system the same day - Hand qualified leads to the booking team and keep them updated Pay and growth: - Hourly pay for the hours you work, tracked in the system - A bonus for every qualified lead the team accepts: a real prospect, correct details, a cleaning need we serve and an agreed next step - Start part-time; strong callers grow into full-time hours - Your calls, follow-ups and credits are on your own desk, so you always see where you stand

Be the nerve center of a growing Utah cleaning company. As our Operations Administrator, you'll book and manage appointments, schedule and confirm our cleaning crews, and keep every job on track from the first call to a spotless finish. You'll communicate daily with our cleaning teams in Spanish and with customers in English. This is a 100% remote role with steady hours (MST) and real room to grow. We train you on our systems, so bring the organization, the bilingual communication, and the reliability, and we'll show you the rest. Immediate start available.
