Offices under about 5,000 square feet are cleaned by the same two-person residential crews that clean homes, which means the break-room microwave, the restroom grout and the fingerprints on the glass door actually get done.
Visits happen after your last person leaves or before the first one arrives. Crews are background-checked, the business is insured to $2M, and you get a photo report and a check-in and check-out time for every visit, so a facilities manager in another city can see it happened.

Crews check in and out through the app, clean to the checklist and photograph the finished space. Consumables are restocked from your supply cabinet.
