If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will send a team back to re-clean the areas in question at absolutely no additional charge.

What's Covered:

  • Any area that does not meet our cleaning standards
  • Missed spots or overlooked tasks from your booking
  • Areas that were supposed to be cleaned per your service type
  • Anything noted in your special instructions that was not addressed

How to Make a Claim:

  1. 1Contact us within 24 hours of your service (call, email, or through your portal)
  2. 2Tell us which areas need attention
  3. 3We schedule a re-clean within 24-48 hours at your convenience

Still not satisfied after the re-clean?

In the rare event that a re-clean does not resolve the issue, we will issue a partial or full refund. Your satisfaction is non-negotiable.
