Yes. Log in to your customer dashboard and select Pause. Billing pauses immediately and resumes when you unpause. Visits do not carry over across paused periods.
You can book additional visits at member-discounted rates any time. Your plan visits and a la carte visits appear on a single monthly invoice.
Yes. The price you start at is guaranteed for 12 billing months. After that we will notify you 30 days before any rate adjustment.
Yes, cancel your current plan and sign up for the new tier. Your next billing date will reflect the new price. Contact us and we will handle the transition with no gap in service.
Missed visits carry over to the following period. We will work with you to reschedule within the current or next billing period.
