1. What This Is

You are giving Wasatch Cleaners LLC ("Wasatch Cleaners," "we," "us") permission to use before and after photographs of the areas we clean at your property in our marketing. This is entirely your choice. Saying no, or saying nothing, changes absolutely nothing about your service, your pricing, or how we treat you.

2. What You Are Allowing

If you sign this release, we may use before and after photos of cleaned areas at your property in:

• The Wasatch Cleaners website and blog
• Our social media accounts (for example Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile)
• Online and printed advertising
• Our portfolio, bids, and proposals shown to prospective customers

Photos are taken only by Wasatch Cleaners staff through our company systems as part of documenting our work.

3. What We Will NEVER Show, Even With Your Permission

Regardless of this release, we will never publish:

• Your face, your family, your guests, or any person, and never children under any circumstances
• Your name, address, house number, street sign, or the exterior of your home or building
• Mail, documents, computer or phone screens, or anything with readable personal information
• Valuables, safes, firearms, alarm panels, or security equipment
• License plates or vehicles
• Any distinctive feature that could reasonably identify you or the location of your property

If something identifying appears in a photo, we crop it out, blur it, or do not use the photo.

4. Honest Photos Only

Our before and after photos show real, unstaged results of our actual work. We do not exaggerate the "before," and we do not edit photos to make results look better than they are.

5. Ownership

Photos taken by Wasatch Cleaners staff in the course of our work belong to Wasatch Cleaners. This release is your permission for us to use them in marketing as described above. It is not a sale or transfer of anything by you, and you owe us nothing under this release.

6. No Compensation

You will not be paid for this permission. If we offer a courtesy such as a one-time discount when you sign, that courtesy is stated at the time of the offer, is yours regardless of what you think of our work, and is never conditioned on you leaving a review or saying anything positive.

7. You Can Change Your Mind at Any Time

You may revoke this permission at any time, for any reason, at no cost, through your customer portal or by emailing info@wasatch-cleaners.com or calling (385) 213-8900. When you revoke:

• We stop all new use of your photos immediately
• We remove your photos from the website, social media accounts, and advertising we control within 14 days where feasible
• We cannot recall printed materials already distributed or copies already shared or reposted by third parties, but we will not distribute more

Revocation is never held against you. Your service continues exactly as before.

8. Duration

This permission lasts until you revoke it. We keep a record of your consent, and of any revocation, with the date and the version of this form.

9. General Terms

• This release is governed by the laws of the State of Utah
• If any part of this release is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect
• This release is the entire agreement between you and Wasatch Cleaners about marketing use of photos of your property, and it can only be changed in a writing signed or electronically accepted by both of us
• This release does not limit any right you have under applicable law

10. Signature

By signing below, or by checking the consent box in the Wasatch Cleaners booking flow, customer portal, or a Wasatch Cleaners email (each of which links to this release), I confirm that I am the owner of the property or authorized to give this permission, that I have read this release, and that I agree to it.

When accepted electronically, the consent record, including signer identity, timestamp, capture source, and form version, is retained in the customer's account record.

Internal notes for counsel (remove before adoption): (1) Confirm whether checkbox acceptance with a linked release is sufficient under Utah's UETA adoption for this consent, or whether the full release should be e-signed for commercial accounts. (2) Confirm the 14-day removal window and the print/third-party carve-out in Section 7 are the recommended posture. (3) For commercial clients, confirm whether the signer's authority representation in Section 10 should be strengthened (for example, an officer certification). (4) Confirm entity name (Wasatch Cleaners LLC) matches the registered entity on file. (5) Confirm whether tenants (non-owners) may validly consent for rented premises, and whether landlord consent is ever needed for STR/turnover jobs.
