Behind the clean · Field note 27
What a useful visit record should show.
A visit record should make completed work and unresolved issues easy to understand. Use it to review the agreed scope, not as proof of a result it cannot measure.
Your kitAgreed scope; completion notes; private photos

A method worth keeping
Three deliberate steps.
01
Start with the scope
List the areas and tasks covered by this visit. Keep add-ons and excluded work clear so the review compares like with like.
02
Record the result
Use concise notes and relevant photos. Identify access limits, pre-existing damage, and anything requiring customer attention.
03
Make the next action clear
State what needs a reply and where to send it. Keep service follow-up inside the customer channel and refer to current terms for any re-clean request.
A little help goes a long way
Let us take care of the clean.
Always follow the surface maker’s care instructions and product label. Never mix cleaning products. This guide is for ordinary household care, not hazardous-material remediation. Product-specific instructions take priority.
