Behind the clean · Field note 30
The clean is finished. Close the loop.
Cleaning, inspection, and customer communication are distinct steps. A short structured handoff makes it easier to act on an issue without losing the context.

A method worth keeping
Three deliberate steps.
01
Confirm completion
Review the agreed checklist and the final condition. Identify anything not completed and why.
02
Share the useful evidence
Include the relevant private photos and concise notes. Keep access information and personal items out of any material intended for wider sharing.
03
Give the customer a clear path
Explain where to review the visit and how to report a concern. For Wasatch’s re-clean policy, check the current terms and required timing and photos.
A little help goes a long way
Let us take care of the clean.
Always follow the surface maker’s care instructions and product label. Never mix cleaning products. This guide is for ordinary household care, not hazardous-material remediation. Product-specific instructions take priority.
