- Payment Information: When you pay online, payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. (for card payments) and Intuit Inc. (for QuickBooks-linked invoices). We receive confirmation of payment status but do not store your credit card details on our servers
- Communication Data: Messages and correspondence with our team
- SMS Communications: If you opt in at booking, your mobile phone number to send booking confirmations, reminders, and occasional service offers via text message
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and manage your cleaning service bookings
- Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and invoices
- Process payments through our integrated payment processors (Stripe for card payments; QuickBooks Online for invoices)

3. Payment Processors
Stripe, Inc. processes card payments made through our online booking form. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's PCI-DSS-compliant fields and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy for details.
Intuit Inc. (QuickBooks Online) processes payments made through invoices we issue. When you pay a QuickBooks-linked invoice you are directed to Intuit's secure payment portal. Please review Intuit's Privacy Policy for details.
3a. SMS Communications
We use OpenPhone as our SMS provider to deliver booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and (with your consent) occasional service offers by text message.
- You may opt in to SMS communications at the time of booking by checking the consent box on our booking form
- Consent is not required to complete a booking or receive services

4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
