A calmer home · Field note 11
The pet-hair route that makes sense.
Pet hair collects along edges, on textiles, and under furniture. Give it a route out of the room instead of moving it from one surface to another.
Your kitTextile-safe hair tool; suitable vacuum attachment; washable cloths

A method worth keeping
Three deliberate steps.
01
Start with the soft surfaces
Check fabric instructions, then lift hair from throws and cushions with a suitable tool. Launder removable pieces only as labeled.
02
Follow the edges
Vacuum furniture creases, room edges, and reachable areas under furniture using the correct attachment. Avoid tugging cords or moving unsafe loads.
03
Finish with the open floor
Vacuum the remaining floor last. Empty and maintain the machine as its manual directs, away from the freshly cleaned area.
A little help goes a long way
Let us take care of the clean.
Always follow the surface maker’s care instructions and product label. Never mix cleaning products. This guide is for ordinary household care, not hazardous-material remediation. Product-specific instructions take priority.
