Protect the finish you paid for.
Brushed, matte, plated, and living finishes do not all tolerate the same treatment. Use the fixture maker’s instructions rather than assuming every white mark needs a strong descaler.

A method worth keeping
Three deliberate steps.
01
Find the finish
Match the model or finish to its care sheet. Clear bottles from the work area and keep incompatible products away from the fixture.
02
Work gently
Use the specified cleaner and a soft cloth. Clean the base and handles without leaving product to sit longer than directed.
03
Rinse and dry
Remove residue as instructed. Dry the base, seams, and underside. If deposits remain, check whether the manufacturer permits a dedicated mineral remover.
A little help goes a long way
Let us take care of the clean.
Always follow the surface maker’s care instructions and product label. Never mix cleaning products. This guide is for ordinary household care, not hazardous-material remediation. Product-specific instructions take priority.
